\n②本方及本方实际控制人具备良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度,无不良经营记录,无失信记录且未被列入失信人名单,不存在已知或潜在影响公司持续经营或造成重大社会影响的诉讼、仲裁、行政调查、行政处罚、被强制执行、被申请破产等情况。\n③本方同意在被确定为受让方后5个工作日内与转让方签订《产权交易合同》,并于《产权交易合同》签署之日起5个工作日内将除保证金以外的剩余交易价款支付至北京产权交易所指定银行账户(剩余交易价款实际支付完毕之日下称
