5 个工作日内与转让方签署《实物资产交易合同》,并在签署《实物资产交易合同》后 5 个工作日内,将剩余的交易价款和交易服务费(费率详见交易所备查文件)一次性支付至北京产权交易所指定账户;(2)同意在北京产权交易所出具实物资产交易凭证后 3
